For international customers no returns. if damaged must show proof and will only be store credit. For UK buyers returns policy, if you do not like the item you must return it in original packaging, unopened, if we smell perfume on it or it is opened, it will not be refunded and we will keep the item to dispose of. if you return it and did not like it, you will need to pay for the shipping, we will not refund any shipping when sending or when you send it back. if the reason is, i did not like it, you will only get a store credit. if the item was damaged you must provide image proof and we will do a refund. if the item damage is minimal like slightly pulled thread, only store credit will be offered partially. We are making this clear as we have had unreasonable customers posting negative reviews, damaging our brand and spreading false information just to get there way.
