I Missed my Delivery, what should I do?

We deliver with royal mail, so if you ordered you should have recieved a red notice card telling you what to do next.

The items will be held by your local delivery office, where you can go to collect them the next working day at there stated working hours, or you can ask them to attempt a redelivery. 

They will usually hold the items for 14 days before they return back to us. If they return back to us we will not be able to refund the postage cost and will not be able to resend the items, unless postage is paid again. This is because royal mail charge us regardless, as there service has been completed from there point of view. 

If it returns back to us, we will refund your order when we get around to processing it and putting all the items back into stock, this is sometimes a time costly process.
